DACC General Construction is a community family-owned and
operated company founded and established in Dover, Delaware August 2023 by
owners Duane Cherry and Anita Caraway a mother-son team. DACC General
Construction is a fully operational construction company involved in pre-
construction and construction management services including general contracting
of both residential and commercial developments, custom designs, and buildings.
We provide the highest quality construction services to all our clients and
customers. The owners of DACC General Construction are very active in its daily
operations, with principals involved at every level, from management to field
supervision to actual field construction. Our in-house construction capacity allows
us to be responsive to the needs of our clients on projects of any size and
complexity. DACC General Construction prides itself on its reputation for quality
craftsmanship. Aside from that, we offer reliability and accountability and look to
identify potential conflicts and problems before they arise. We also work diligently
to provide timely, practical, and cost-effective solutions.
